THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR CAP PROFILE BEFORE SERENO
PRO CLASSIC HAS PASSED. THE DEADLINE TO TURN IN YOUR PICTURE IS THURSDAY, RUSH FIELD BY 7:30.
You can email your picture to webmaster@azrush.com, or give it to Chris Hospedales or Gina Schultz at practice. If you have any questions,
email webmaster@azrush.com. If the pictures do not make it in prior to Thursday at 7:30, there is no guarantee that a photo will be posted. Do
not forget to put your name on your photo or email. Thank you.
The Arizona Rush Soccer College Advisory Program (CAP) is designed to serve the high school age student and provide them
with an avenue to ask questions, perform research, and provide feedback in both the academic and athletic aspects of their
collegiate career.
This website will allow you to submit information for the CAP profiles. Click the link appropriate to your team,
fill out the form, and submit the information. The information you provide in this form will be used to create a CAP
profile, made available on the azrush.com website (which will be up and running before the Sereno tournament in October).
It is imperative that you provide the most accurate information possible. Arizona Rush Soccer coaches will be sharing
this information with a variety of recruiting entities. If there is certain information you wish not to have published
on the site, simply do not provide it in the form (it is ok to leave a space blank). Keep in mind, however, that it
is important to provide as much information as possible. If you want your profile posted before the second week in October,
the information MUST be submitted by October 7. Any information provided post-October 7 is NOT guaranteed to be posted.
For verification purposes and parental permission, you MUST provide a valid phone number for your parent or guardian.
Your parent WILL be contacted for final permission to post your information.

Just a reminder, be honest about your accomplishments (especially your GPA) as getting caught not being completely honest
will hurt you more than not putting in information that you don't want seen publicly. If there is something you really
don't want to give information for, dont give it.
